Holiday and New Year's Day Donation Yoga Classes

Don't forget to include yoga in your holiday plans! Several studios (from Biddeford to Freeport!) have partnered with us to offer donation classes! 100% of donations will support Sea Change Yoga. Suggested donation is $10-15 (or more!) Choose a class (or classes!) below:
December 24: Donation Yoga at Lila East End Yoga (10:00 - 11:15 a.m.)
December 25: Donation Yoga at Freeport Yoga Company (1:00 - 2:00)
December 26: Heated Vinyasa Yoga at Crisp (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.)
January 1: New Year's Day Yoga at Metta Studios (9:30 - 10:30 a.m.)
January 1: New Year’s Day Yoga at Riverbend (10:00 - 11:30 a.m.)

PLUS - Bridge Studio is offering donation classes to benefit Sea Change with current teacher trainees on December 19 and January 5th. Learn more.

Registration Opens in January for the inaugural Sea Change Yogathon!

Sea Change Yoga will be hosting our first annual Yogathon fundraiser on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Ocean Gateway in Portland. Sign up solo or form a team. Registration opens in January - details coming soon!

Mondays, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at Portland Community Squash, 66 Noyes Street, Portland.

Activist burn-out is real—let's develop practices of self-care together! Join Sea Change Yoga and Katie Beane, RYT 500hr for a special series of FREE yoga classes intended to strengthen resiliency, compassion, clarity, health, and well being of self and community. 

Each session will offer an accessible physical practice followed by an opportunity for conversation about self-care and social justice activism. These sessions will be free and open as drop-in experiences, but we do hope to build a sense of deeper community with each other. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
