OUTDOOR DONATION YOGA - WITH GOATS!

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21, 12-1 P.M.

SUNFLOWER FARM, CUMBERLAND

An amazing chance to practice yoga AND support the work of Sea Change Yoga! All of your generous class donations will support our mission of yoga service. Come enjoy a yoga class in the field at Sunflower Farm, surrounded by their sweet herd of 25 Nigerian Dwarf goats. (They love munching on fall leaves so the farm will let them all out in the field with us for the fun.) Even if all you do is lay on your mat and stare up at the fall sky and breathe, it is a win! All levels welcome.  Taste some delicious goat cheese and enjoy the picturesque farm after class or head down the road half a mile to pick some apples. The perfect fall day. This vinyasa style class will be led by a team of 4 women dedicated to teaching yoga with heart. (Katie Beane, Jen Hatch, Hope Hall & Kelly Eastman Raffaele) You are in for a treat. No need to reserve a spot, just come and pull all the way in behind the barn to park so there is plenty of room for everyone. Please join us!
