Jen Queally, a clinical mental health counselor, has studied yoga and meditation extensively for 25 years and has been teaching yoga since 1997. She believes wholeheartedly in the restorative benefits of the practice to awaken and heal disparate parts of the self. Jen has embarked on several extensive pilgrimages to India and has studied with some of the world's master teachers in the Anusara, Astanga, Jivamukti, and Kripalu yoga systems. Eclectic in style, blending the best from many traditions, Jen regards the mat as an extraordinary laboratory for self reflection and healing. Expect a practice that awakens strength, compassion, consciousness, and a strong mind/body connection. Jen is grateful to serve as a founding board member of Sea Change Yoga.
