Jennie Joan Ferrare: Teacher Spotlight March 2021

We're spotlighting Sea Change Yoga teacher Jennie Joan Ferrare this month. Watch Jennie's video about her experience teaching for Sea Change Yoga. Jennie currently teaches weekly SCY classes at the Portland Recovery Community Center (PRCC). She's proudly been in recovery since 2014 and works every day to maintain her physical and emotional sobriety. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Maine, teaching for the Recreation Health and Fitness Department, and is the owner of Arcana, a center for Holistic Health in the Old Port.
