Class Schedule & Sub Protocol

Teachers are responsible for finding subs for their classes, using the Sea Change Class Schedule and  SCY Contact Info sheets.

Once you have confirmed a sub, please let the Teacher Coordinator (Jess Fairclough) know.

For long-term (three classes or more) sub needs, please reach out to the subs listed for your class first. If these subs are not available, please contact Sheila or Jess so we can help identify a teacher who will be a good fit for the program. For emergencies when you don’t have the time/space to find a sub, please contact Sheila, and we will either assist in finding a sub or cancel the class.
