Join us for an afternoon of practice and to celebrate this milestone!

For ten years, Sea Change Yoga has offered trauma-informed yoga in community helping people reconnect to themselves and to one another, creating a wave of change that ripples outward into our communities.

Rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, our mission is to increase access to healing-centered yoga for people who are facing the heavy weight of trauma and oppression, creating spaces where people can breathe, ground, and reconnect with their capacity for healing and connection.

Over the past decade, thousands have experienced the warmth and care of a Sea Change class. In correctional facilities, recovery centers, schools, and community spaces, participants have explored safety, embodiment, and meaningful choice, strengthening their connection to themselves and their sense of agency.
