Gentle Flow

Join Jen for this 40-minute trauma-informed gentle to moderate yoga flow, offering a seated centering with present-moment awareness and mindful connection, as well as postures on hands and knees, standing, and seated positions with lots of awareness of breath, physical sensation, and options for support.


Restorative

Join Skye for this 35-minute trauma-informed restorative yoga sequence, comprised of a few reclining postures, using various props for support, that are held from 5-8 minutes at a time and produce mild to moderate sensation. Restorative yoga offers a focus on breath, mindfulness, and relaxation in stillness and at rest.
