Peer Support Process
Participation in Peer Support at least once each calendar year is an expectation for all Active Teachers (those teaching a regularly scheduled class).
You must arrange for another teacher to visit, observe, and provide feedback to your class. You are not required to be a visiting teacher, however that may organically happen.
The Peer Support process creates opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional development while honoring each teacher’s authentic style and offering space to celebrate successes and explore challenges in community.

Peer Support Google Form : Must complete upon completion in addition to invoice
Teacher Invoice: Both teachers will be compensated at their teacher rate for participating in peer support. You may invoice for both the class and up to one hour for the post-class discussion.
