SCY OPEN YOGA CLASS

This gentle, accessible class welcomes beginners and longtime practitioners alike. Together, we move at an unhurried pace, exploring simple yoga shapes alongside breathing practices, moments of mindfulness, and rest.

A strong emphasis is placed on creating a sense of safety and comfort. All offerings are invitations. You are encouraged to notice your own experience, make choices that feel supportive for your body and nervous system, and participate in whatever way feels right on any given day.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience yoga as a practice of awareness, agency, and care.

WHEN: Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM

WHERE: In person at Sea Change Yoga’s Studio at 175 Lancaster St. Suite 213, Portland.
