You’re invited to the beautiful Sunflower Farm to move and breathe under the open sky among goats and gardens. Your guides for the morning will be the delightful Hope Hall, farmer and cheesemaker, and inspiring Chris Byrne, Sea Change Yoga teacher. Together, they’ll lead you through a grounding practice designed for your body, your pace, and your way of belonging.

As you move, you’ll feel the joy of being surrounded by others who share the same intention: to connect, to care, to create a space where every person matters. You’ll be invited to explore what it means to be rooted in nature and community.

Rootedness at Sea Change is not only about the ground beneath your feet—it’s about the people beside you, and the way you add to our beloved community simply by showing up.

And after class? You can carry the spirit of community home—whether by picking up and savoring farm-made cheese, yogurt, or fudge, or by remembering what it feels like to be held in a group where you belong.
